A new boy for the USA to tax! The 2nd addition to our Clough family was born on Thursday the 18th at 12:32 am. 9 LBS and 20″ long! William has a full head of black hair and is oh such a great baby. Eating very well and pooping just the same. We are so happy to have him with us. Julie did such a good job! Way to go Mom!
